Catalyst presents the Featherweight Portable Museum, a joint venture between Catalyst Arts and Media Pyhät/ Rajataide ry (Finland), bringing together an eclectic and engaging body of work made by selected UK, Irish and Finnish artists in a travelling multi-media showcase. The exhibiting artists are a combination of the independent selections made by both organisations, sourced from an open call for submissions. The Featherweight Portable Museum facilitates a contemporary touring exhibition that is portable, economic and can be adapted to suit a variety of spaces. The exhibition will travel to Finland the following year.
